The mission of the Admissions & Recruitment Department is to generate a large pool of qualified applications for undergraduate and graduate programs to enable a rigorous selection process that ensures the expected quality, quantity, and diversity of EHL students.
We are looking for an Admissions and Enrolment Officer to ensure a high acceptance conversion rate by keeping a close relation with students throughout their admission and enrolment journey as well as to process and evaluate student applications from the Americas through EHL’s customer relationship management system.
  • You will organise offline and online retention events with future students and participate other recruitment events.

    You will compile and provide statistics while monitoring and reporting on the number of applications, enrolment rates, trends, quality etc.

    You will process and evaluate student applications through EHL’s customer relationship management system.

    You will communicate with candidates and other stakeholders, providing information regarding candidates’ application, giving feedback and advice to those who have been rejected.

    You will liaise with professional organisations to keep informed on the evolution of admissions criteria and practice as well as enrolment trends.

    You will participate in admissions related meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, data quality and data cleaning reviews, and tests linked to new developments on the application platform.
  • You have a Bachelor degree or 1 year of professional experience.
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent command of Spanish (C1).
  • You are at ease with Microsoft Office, and have experience working on CRM.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are autonomous and at ease in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a creative mindset and a proactive attitude along with a strong sense of organization.
  • You are detail-oriented and solution driven with the ability to multitask.
