The mission of the Finance Department is to enable the EHL Group to manage its financial information to help achieve its strategic objectives. To this end, the Finance Department ensures it obtains all information from its internal and external partners, processes it according to the defined rules (laws, standards, ordinances, directives), analyses it and reports it in a relevant and useful manner for decision-making.

  • The Financial Controller provide the Executive Committee and EHL departments with financial information (studies, cost analyses, indicators, reporting and dashboards) to allow them to take informed decisions with a view to optimizing the management and performance of the group.
  • You will support and accompany the operations on a daily basis in your role as Business Partner.
  • You prepare and establish the annual budget (OPEX & CAPEX).
  • You will monitor the budget through monthly and quarterly closings, analyse variances and propose corrective measures to control the financial objectives.
  • You will analyse the yearly closing and explain the variances with respect to the budget and previous years.
  • You will prepare quarterly Forecasts based on actuals and budget information.
  • You will prepare and update the 5-year strategic financial planning (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash-Flows).
  • You will participate in the preparation of business plan.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of reports, analyses and key indicators for the management.
  • You will participate in the realization of specific projects and carry out internal audits of the organization’s processes.
  • You have a degree in Finance & Controlling or an equivalent qualification, controlling expert a plus.
  • You have 5 years of experience as Financial Controller / FP&A.
  • You have the ability to synthesize detailed analyses in close cooperation with operations and to highlight key elements and strategic messages.
  • You have a strong team spirit and collaboration.
  • You are customer-oriented, proactive and autonomous.
  • You have knowledge in accounting.
  • You have a knowledge of an ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus and a perfect command of Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI.
  • You are fluent in English and French (C2).
