be facing. Walk away with a simple, hands-on tool you can reuse to stay balanced during your studies
and daily life.
How it works
1. Discussion to identify the issue (exams, academic pressure, relationships, etc.)
2. Advice and tips based on the issue
3. Quick explanation of the tool we will experiment for stress management
4. Guided practice of the tool
5. Debriefing, closing and survey

Pippins Night highlights a deeply meaningful initiative led by one of our own #EHLfamily members, Chris Norton — current IAB member and EHL alumnus — and his late son’s artwork.
The Pippins illustrations capture the contrast between how we may feel inside and what we show on the outside, reminding us of the importance of compassion and open conversations around mental health.
By bringing these creations to life on our campus, Chris continues to honor his son’s memory and to encourage us all to break the stigma that often surrounds mental health.
It’s a chance to enjoy meaningful art, share good moments, and remind ourselves and each other that it’s okay not to be okay.
Pippins Night is a time for us, as an EHL community, to celebrate connection, compassion, and the courage to say: it’s okay not to be okay.
