  • You will manage the Sales’ team
  • You will translate clients’ business goals and industry trends into new business opportunities
  • You will create a data driven sales plan to guarantee the clarity of objectives and its delivery
  • You will lead and maintain an account management plan focused on achieving significant business results
  • You will identify new leads and opportunities within existing and future accounts, drive negotiations, ensure the conclusion of contracts and its invoicing
  • You will qualify customer contacts, prepare appointments optimally and in line with the target and provide the sales department with the important information on the way
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand potential spend and future opportunities while growing account volume
  • You will develop proposals and ensure a timely delivery of solutions
  • With your understanding of customer requirements and extended network, you enable the sales team to make numerous calls and appointments with customers.
  • You will coordinate your approach closely within the team and document your customer contacts
  • You will collaborate with product development and marketing to drive the sales process and maximize success
  • You will contribute to new product development in line with the market trends
  • You have a Bsc or Msc in Business administration and are fluent both in English and French, German is a plus
  • You have an excellent understanding and appetite for innovative business model and concepts
  • You have a proven track record in converting leads into customers and an extensive network in the hospitality services industry
  • You have excellent phone and customer service skills combined with strong experience in presentations skills at multiple levels
  • You are a team player and have a strong ability to communicate effectively
  • You have a sense of urgency for goal achievement and are objective driven
  • You have a high level of integrity, energy, and competitiveness and are a self-starter
  • Experience in B2B consultative selling and knowledge in the education market makes you the ideal candidate
