The mission of the Admissions & Recruitment department is to generate a large pool of qualified applications for undergraduate and graduate programs to enable a rigorous selection process that ensures the expected quality, quantity and diversity of EHL students.

The mission of the Recruitment Officer is to implement the student recruitment action plan in your region in order to reach the targeted number of applications and increase the quality and diversity of candidates. This position reports to the Regional Recruitment Manager EMEA.
For Italy, - maternity leave replacement
  • You will assess prospective students’ potential and follow up with their applications through EHL’s customer relationship management system.
  • You will provide insight to and collaborate with the other team members from the Admissions & Recruitment department as well as Marketing and Comms to present and build the EHL brand coherently in the region.
  • You will Implement a holistic recruitment strategy for the region, taking all appropriate stakeholders into consideration, to achieve targets and a sustained year-on-year growth of application numbers.
  • You will engage continually and in a meaningful manner all relevant stakeholders to maximize enrolment yield.
  • You will support the Admissions & Recruitment Manager EMEA and Management by completing various ad-hoc requests and participating in various projects.
  • You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma.
  • You have at least two years of work experience in a relevant field such as international higher education, marketing, sales or business development.
  • You speak fluently Italian and English. French is a plus.
  • You are curious and have an attitude of continual learning.
