Research Associate

• You will design and monitor research projects and study protocols in line with ongoing EHL’s research.
• You will write and publish research articles and co-author articles with other professors.
• You will manage a team of 5 research assistants.
• You will apply and execute research grants.
• You will create conference content and participate in conferences.

• You hold a PhD or you are close to finalize it in one of the following areas:
  • Finance/Accounting
  • Economics
  • Marketingt
  • Strategy and Operational Management
  • OB/HR
• You have experience writing academic papers and understanding of the research methodologies and you are an active member in your research domain.
• You have experience in managing and supervising research teams and you are able to work in collaboration with several parties.
• You master in econometric/statistic methods (i.e. run regressions and interpret) or qualitative methods and with tools such as Master MS. Office, R, Matlab, Stata, or any other analytical software.
• You have excellent analytical skills and you are rigorous and organized.
• You have solid academic writing skills, with fluency in French and in English (C1).
