The Academic Services Department provides students and faculty with a wide range of services to enrich and support the overall academic experience. In this way, it is actively involved in preparing students for their future professional careers.

    In this role, you will provide students with individualized and innovative support in building their career plans and in the stages of their academic career.
    • You will ensure the follow-up of the students in your portfolio in the implementation of an internship search strategy and in the review of application documents and you will validate the internship agreements.
    • You will provide students with all the administrative information they need to successfully complete their internship (information on visas and work permits, insurance, Erasmus scholarship program, etc.) and you will follow up on the internship during and after its completion.
    • You will accompany the student in an individualized way at each step of his or her academic career to allow him or her to build a professional project that reflects his or her personality, skills and expectations.
    • You have a commercial CFC with a Diploma in Human Ressources or a Bachelor's degree in Management (or equivalent).
    • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in Human resources, knowledge in recruitment and career coaching is a plus.
    • Your mother tongue is French and your level of English is C1.
    • You have interest in career coaching, interviewing and analysis of application documents.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and service-oriented attitude.
