Four Days Inside the School of the Craft

There is a difference between learning about excellence and experiencing it first-hand.

For four days, participants step inside EHL Campus Lausanne: observing live classes, working in professional kitchens and service environments, learning alongside EHL faculty and experts, and experiencing hospitality from both the practitioner and guest perspective.

They don't just hear how EHL develops practical excellence. They experience it and leave with standards, practices and inspiration they can bring back to their own environment.

One EHL Experience. Different Learning Journeys.

Where Learning Becomes Practice

There is a moment when a learner stops copying gestures and starts owning them. We help you bring that moment closer: four days of doing, tasting, serving and practicing inside one of the world's best hospitality institutions. You learn service, cooking fundamentals, mixology and coffee by doing, corrected by experts in the field.

Where Expertise Keeps Evolving

Trainers give feedback all year. They rarely receive any. EHL is where the people who develop everyone else get developed themselves: back in the learner's seat, inside a school that has taught the craft for over a century.

What Trainers And Professionals Gain

icon_chat_blue

New Answers to Old Questions

How do you explain a gesture you do without thinking? How do you correct without discouraging? They'll watch EHL faculty do it, live.

The Learner's Seat

Being taught again changes how you teach. Simple, and it works. Your trainers return sharper, and so does everyone they train.

A Standard to Calibrate Against

Four days inside excellence, not a description of it, so they know exactly what to aim for when they're back.
