  • You will collaborate with the Associate Dean to shape the preparatory year program portfolio, plan semesters as well as to constantly improve curriculum, delivery methods, analytics and procedures;
  • You will oversee a team, set priorities and manage the development;
  • You will work closely with internal and external partners;
  • You will ensure a smooth and consistent delivery of responsible preparatory year program;
  • You will supervise and manage budgetary and resource constraints;
  • You will help design the marketing material together with our Marketing team.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience preferably in education industry;
  • Fluent in French and English (written and oral skills);
  • Excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills, you are proactive, service-oriented, people-centric, and open-minded and take the initiative when needed;
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work with others and work in a transversal mode with multicultural teams.
