    We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistants to join our team in the highly diverse and international environment at EHL. Research Assistants are involved in a variety of duties throughout the life of a research project and contribute to multiple research-related initiatives and tasks.

    • You will work on research projects collaborating directly with researchers. The duties may include the following tasks: preparing materials to support grant application, collect information from different sources and databases; producing literature reviews, data collection, data clearing and coding, quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical manipulation and graphical presentation of data, performing interviews, preparation of reports, presentations, academic articles or other research output with co-authorship possible under certain conditions.
    • You will collaborate with other stakeholders on research-related tasks and contribute to research visibility by disseminating research results, as well as by participating in research seminars, workshops, and other events.
    • You will have the opportunity to contribute to research impact, knowledge creation and sharing by launching individual initiatives, including writing articles for the media, developing insightful infographics, organizing knowledge-sharing workshops and more.
    • You hold a Master’s degree; Bachelor’s degree with research experience can be considered.
    • You are fluent with solid academic writing skills in English (C1+); German and French are a plus.
    • You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and you are able to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
    • You have experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis tools (Nvivo, Stata, SPSS, R or similar; Python is a plus).
    • Your proactivity and ability to work in an independent manner have been already demonstrated.
    • You are a team player, ready to work together in a cooperative way.
    • You have professional attitude, and are ready to be responsible for and take ownership of your actions and the results.
    • We offer part-time or full-time position for 2 years as part of our research team that values transparent collaboration as the basis for trust, which allows the team members to evolve.
