    • You will welcome students, external visitors and collaborators at the reception desk.
    • You will manage the phone desk.
    • You will control and manage the cash desk.
    • You will manage the internal and external mail.
    • You will be responsible for various administrative tasks
    • You have graduated from a Hospitality School or you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
    • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
    • You are fluent in French and have an advanced level of English (B2).
    • You are confident using the Microsoft Pack Office.
    • You have a strong team spirit and good communication skills.
