The purpose of CAO department within the EHL Group is to define and implements all the rules and principles relating to the organization, governance and academic quality of all the entities that make up the Group in Switzerland and internationally, on behalf of the CEO. One flagship project is the Innovation Village, a cluster of innovation driven stakeholders linked to the wider hospitality industry, gathered in a bubbly and creative community. This community groups, amongst others; students, alumni, start-ups, investors, large enterprises, researchers, public partners, and disruptive technology.
  • You will be entrusted with the daily running of the start-up incubator’s operational and back office tasks on the Innovation Village such as contracts, welcome information, credential activation and deactivation, invoicing, and expense sheets.
  • You will contribute to the success of growing a strong and attractive community around hospitality (in the broad sense of the term).
  • You will liaise with EHL services providers (housekeeping, maintenance, IT, reception…) to ensure the incubator is running properly and that sporadic issues are dealt with.
  • You will conduct administrative tasks related to the business incubator/accelerator (reports, project tracking, email follow-ups, communication material creation, scheduling & planning, etc.).
  • You will ensure that “in-house” start-ups’ needs are addressed and ideally solved.
  • You will support the Head of Innovation Pole & back-up the Community Manager.
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent diploma, with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office programs, CRMs or project management tools and Doodle
  • You have proven to be structured and well organised
  • You are dynamic and driven, customer-oriented with a strong ability to interact with stakeholders
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
  • You are fluent in English and French
