As part of the Management Office reporting to the CEO, the Strategy and Sustainability team is responsible of the following: monitoring the implementation of EHL Group’s Strategy and reporting its advancement to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors; monitoring risks and maintaining an up-to-date risk management process; centralizing legal advice and ensuring compliance to GDPR and other key regulation; implementing EHL Group’s sustainability strategy and reporting its advancement to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
In direct collaboration with the Strategy and Sustainability Director, the Management Information and Reporting Manager will develop and maintain a management information system in order to monitor and report on the performance of all business functions against strategic targets and KPIs. He/she also coordinates the data collection and production of business performance information from across the organization , generates regular reports and leads projects aiming at developing a knowledge management culture for EHL Group.
  • You will manage the strategic process to pull together information from all areas of EHL Group in relation to performance against strategic targets and KPIs.
  • You will support the Director of Strategy and Sustainability by summarizing business performance through regular reporting.
  • You will oversee the analysis of relevant data in order to help inform business decisions.
  • You will work closely with IT to define needs and develop relevant reporting dashboards.
  • You will manage the communication of relevant information and insight to all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • You will support the development of knowledge and information management at EHL Group.
  • You have a Bachelor or equivalent degree from a Higher Education Institution.
  • You have the capacity to lead transversely, influence and generate support.
  • You are familiar to Project Management methodology.
  • You have conceptual & analytical skills combined with the ability to deliver operationally.
  • You have talent to communicate complex data in a simple and visual way to different stakeholders.
  • Your collaborative mindset makes you a key partner.
  • You are fluent in French & English – German is a plus.
