The Digital Education Manager is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the digital learning roadmap for the EHL group. In particular, he/she is responsible for project management and oversight of the full cycle of design, development and delivery of blended and online content for the formal & continuing education offers of EHL group.
  • • Monitor the development of EHL Group’s digital education and training offerings by developing the roadmap for the digitalization courses in collaboration with the CAO;
  • • Ensure the implementation of the roadmap by coordinating the projects related to the digitalization of programs or development of new digital offers ;
  • Ensure a leadership & advisory role in all aspects of digital education and training, in particular the development and modernization of the EHL Group educational offerings and the development of innovative digital teaching methods ;
  • Guarantee the quality of digital learning and training courses in line with accreditation standards ;
  • Coordinate the work of internal teams to align priorities, collaborate on learning initiatives, and communicate results ;
  • Consult with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure training information is current and accurate ;
  • Support the internal stakeholders to integrate innovation education solutions in close collaboration with the Digital department.
  • Master of Education in Instructional Technology. PhD in the same field is a plus ;
  • 5 years of work experience in a relevant field ;
  • Proven experience as Teaching & Learning Coordinator within Higher Education ;
  • Strong knowledge of accreditations and quality insurance in Higher Education ;
  • Proven experience of coordinating projects supporting the development of online education tools and software (e.g. LMS, assessment systems) and with emerging technologies into the curriculum to transform teaching and learning ;
  • Up to date knowledge of innovative content and delivery methods of online learning ;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) ;
  • Fluent French and English.
