Contribute to the success of our new food and beverage outlets on our brand new EHL Campus in Lausanne!

The EHL Group has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. In response to this growth, a new campus has been built this year, accompanied by the opening of no less than four new outlets, including:

The new Bar M, which offers a complete range of drinks from coffee to cocktails, allowing our internal clients to benefit from the excellent skills of our bartenders & baristas! 

The Montreux Jazz Café at EHL, a new wine bar open 7 days a week in partnership with the Montreux Jazz Café, which offers convivial moments around tapas and events. Brunch will also be offered on Sundays.  

To complete the EHL family and continue to promote the Excellence to which each of us contributes, we are looking for several profiles to complete our teams in the following areas:

Service

  • F&B Supervisors for the Montreux Jazz Café and for the Berceau des Sens, 1* Michelin
  • Barman/barista

Kitchen

  • Chef(fe)s de partie for the Berceau des Sens, 1* Michelin, the Catering and the Montreux Jazz Café at EHL
  • Lecturer Practical Arts for the Catering (min. BTS/Brevet Fédéral required)
  • You have a CFC, CAP or any other equivalent training in your field of activity;
  • You are fluent in French and have excellent knowledge of English or vice versa;
  • You want to pass on your knowledge to our students;
