In support of EHL Group’s vision to be the premier worldwide reference in hospitality education, a dedicated Graduate School was established at EHL in 2020. By offering a distinctive program portfolio, the Graduate School enhances EHLs academic offer in both the hospitality and management education landscapes.
  • You will coordinate administrative tasks related to graduate level programs to ensure a high level of program delivery including course planning and preparation
  • You will be in charge of student onboarding and communication, logistics for learning journeys, participation in student interviews and other program related events
  • You will support the development of best practices and knowledge management tools which enhance the learning experience
  • You will oversee the maintenance of course catalogues, accreditation support, management of shared drives, quality control (reports, feedback form)
  • You will participate in the development of the Graduate School offering strong administrative support and coordination
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in administration or related roles, and experience supporting executive level students and programs
  • You have a good command of English and French
  • You have strong organisation skills and very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You are a self-starter with a service and customer-oriented mindset
