The Learning Manager will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our next generation learning solutions. We are looking for an individual with a relevant background in Finance to join our Digital Learning team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of our finance online courses that aim at developing an understanding of hotels as an asset category intended to provide a return to owners and investors, as well as how to interpret financial reports, in order to plan and monitor the performance of a hospitality business.

  • You will monitor learning materials to ensure they are effective and up-to-date and making necessary updates and enhancements.
  • You will play an active role in developing positive relationships and online communities with online learners: providing live support to students during training sessions, coordinating and organizing live online meetings, managing all communication to support student learning during online courses.
  • You will collaboratively work with the project team to ensure the efficient, timely and on-budget production of online courses where needed.
  • You will collect and review existing learning materials and define the structure of digital assets where needed, under the supervision of the Program Manager in charge.
  • You have a background in the area of Finance, with a MSC in Finance or an equivalent degree.
  • You are fully fluent in English with excellent written skills.
  • You have experience in managing online content and in project management.
  • You are service and customer oriented, with high personal drive and accountability.
