About the role

The Professional Education & Training Manager is responsible for the coordination, development and monitoring of the professional training offer for the EHL Group. In particular, he/she is responsible for the alignment with the strategy, the coordination and compliance of the portfolio of professional courses across entities and campuses, as well as the implementation of new areas of business in the field of professional education and training.
  • Ensure a leadership & advisory role in all aspects of professional education and training within the EHL Group by contributing to the definition of the strategy;
  • Coordinate and monitor the development of EHL Group’s professional education and training offerings by ensuring a continuous watch on the evolution of markets’ and industry’s needs and provide insights to the Group;
  • Develop short and long range learning and partnership initiatives with national and international educational and professional organizations;
  • Develop and implement cross-functional projects involving different stakeholders within EHL Group and external partners;
  • Ensure that the professional education and training offerings are compliant with the policies defined by the CAO Office as well as the applicable normative frameworks, and aligned with best practices;
  • Promote links with industry representatives and engagement within the Faculty of all educational entities of EHL Group and external organizations and represent the CAO Office in external committees or association meetings.
  • Master or equivalent diploma from a higher education institution, ideally in the field of hospitality and tourism management ;
  • 10 years of professional experience ;
  • Depth understanding of the professional education landscape in Switzerland;
  • Ability to manage complex and cross-functional development projects;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Languages: French, German and English.
