  • You will lead the Talent services activities for Be Next projects by working closely with all the Be Next’s departments
  • You will design and implement the future of digital talent acquisition in order to make our product a key part of our clients' talent acquisition strategy
  • You will define a coherent skills matrix in close collaboration with the digital education team
  • You will analyze, propose and implement shaping tools to enhance the digital recruitment experience and job matching
  • You will conduct digital skills gap analysis to identify personal development journeys and improve the job matching
  • You will research best practices and benchmarked models in the HR and Talent Management sectors for designing the future skills for the hospitality sector
  • You will contribute in collaboration with the digital team to the improvement of the platform's functionalities and enhance the client experience
  • You will report on EHL Next talent’s employability and professional integration and make recommendations
  • You have a Bsc or Msc in Business, Management or Entrepreneurship,
  • You are fluent both in French and English
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset that constantly pushes you to improve and digitalize processes
  • You have extensive experience in recruitment as a manager and want to shape the future of talent acquisition
  • You have a passion for people and technology
  • You are self-motivated and a creative problem solver always focusing on how to enhance the product and client experience
  • You have a track record of a strong professional network within the service industry and are highly interested in the future of skills and jobs
  • You have conceptual & analytical skills combined with the ability to deliver operationally ability
  • You have a strong attraction for innovation and the desire to influence trends in your field
  • Your collaborative mindset makes you a key partner for a project
