  • You are responsible to ensure the smooth coordination of the EHL’s Bachelor program in Passugg.
  • You will welcome the students
  • You will manage the program deadlines and anticipate the program needs
  • You will be the point of contact for students and faculty members on-site (Passugg)
  • You will communicate effectively with the key stakeholders to ensure the quality of the program: program director, Dean’s office, Planning and Administration, Student Affairs and Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH)
  • You will organize feedback sessions with students and class representatives
  • You will participate in introduction weeks, welcome back sessions and open days
  • You will monitor the program expenses and budget
  • You will handle various administrative tasks
  • You have a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • You have a minimum of 4 years work experience preferably in the hospitality industry
  • You are fluent in English, good command of French is a plus
  • You have excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills, be resourceful and take the initiative when needed
  • You have demonstrated ability to coordinate work with others and work in a transversal mode with multicultural teams
  • You are willing to travel a few times a year to Lausanne
  • You have an interest in working from home twice per week
