You will support the team of the Bachelor programme within administrative tasks such as:
  • Organize meetings
  • Format of meeting minutes and send to those concerned
  • Maintain an updated list of lecturers
  • Answer frequently asked questions of the BOSC coordination
  • Prepare documents for working sessions
  • Prepare communication and coordination documents such as: survey analyses, presentations, update of the LMS pages, entry of grades
  • Maintain and supply the documents of the department such as: a follow up of elective courses, coordination of meetings for class delegates, organization of information to archive and accreditation documents.
  • You have an advanced level in English and in French
  • You master the Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • You can work well in a team but can also work autonomously
  • You pay close attention to detail
